Hello! It’s me, Naveen Sharma! When I completed my graduation, like many teenagers, I had NO idea what I wanted to be. Truly, no clue. I knew that I was passionate about planning and organizing events. I decided to follow my passion and that led me to a degree event management. After completing my degree I started my journey with my own company with the name of Milestone Entertainment. After doing such events, I realized that I need more experience. Fortunately, I got an opportunity to collaborate with Mumbai-based Event Management Company for the events. I worked with them for around 10 years. I worked with many stage managers, audio engineers, lighting designers, and artists. I also had the unique role of being involved in the contracting processes, creating timelines, communicating with vendors and venues, and being a part of the team. So now – with 10 years of having seen virtually every facet of the event industry, I knew that it was the time for relaunch. So we started my venture along with the wedding segment named “The Wedding Milestone” with new energy. I had this feeling in me that I had what it takes my business to up high. God knows I was already putting in the hours, I have the experience, and I have the passion.
